Because our products are made to order, please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Order Processing

All BaaJama orders are made to order and typically require 3–5 business days for production and processing.

Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after production:

United States: 5–10 business days
Canada: 7–14 business days
International: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your destination, local carrier, holidays, peak seasons, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including severe weather, customs inspections, carrier delays, public holidays, and high shipping volumes.

BaaJama is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we may be unable to change the shipping address or redirect the package.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows no movement for 14 consecutive days, please contact us with your order number.

We will review the shipment status and work with the carrier to determine the appropriate next steps.

Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around your property, ask household members or neighbors, and contact your local shipping carrier.

If you are still unable to locate the package, please contact us within 7 days of the recorded delivery date, and we will do our best to assist you.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
